Who we are

rippl ("rippl", "we", "us") is a mindful-hydration app for iOS and Android, made and published by Zorzen Studios. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zorzen Studios. Questions? Reach us at hello@tryrippl.com.

The practice is free

The heart of rippl is free, and stays free: logging your water (as a ritual or a quick log), the hydration arc, and basic tracking. We will never put the daily habit behind a paywall. An optional membership adds depth and memory, not the practice itself.

rippl bloom membership

rippl bloom is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks depth and memory: your full Garden history, all five intentions, unlimited voice reflections, Insights, and weather-paced reminders. It is offered with a free trial.

• Honest billing. The price and billing period are shown to you at purchase, in your local currency, before you confirm. There are no countdowns, no fake urgency, and no guilt — and if you cancel, we won't send reminders to pull you back.
• Free trial. If you start a free trial and don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancel anytime. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store, subject to their terms. rippl never sees your card or payment details. Refunds are handled by the app store under its refund policy.

Reflection, not medical advice

rippl is a wellbeing and reflection app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, or hydration advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Hydration needs vary by person and circumstances; use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical questions. Don't rely on rippl's reminders or goals as health guidance.

Your content stays yours

Your journal reflections, intentions, and hydration logs are yours. rippl is local-first: this content is stored on your device and is not sent to us (see our Privacy Policy). We claim no ownership of your reflections and do not use them for advertising or sell them, ever. You are responsible for the content you create.

Using rippl responsibly

By using rippl, you agree not to:

• use the app in violation of any law, or to infringe others' rights;
• reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent security or the store's billing;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content.

rippl is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You need to be old enough to form a binding contract and to hold an app store account in your region.

Our intellectual property

The rippl app, the name, the Blossom mark, the visual design, and the copy are owned by Zorzen Studios and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own mindful practice. This licence doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep rippl calm, stable, and buttery — but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add, or retire features over time. If we make a material change to a paid feature, we'll act in good faith and honour the terms you subscribed under for the period you've paid for.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rippl is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country, and nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll surface it in the app. Continuing to use rippl after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zorzen Studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
